Wedding DJs light up Coombe Lodge!
A cold but sunny Thursday afternoon in late September and I took a call from a frantic Welshman in a panic because his best mate was getting married in 2 days and he still hadn’t sorted the disco equipment and lighting for the entertainment!
The Live Events Group provide mobile disco hire and wedding DJs and on this occasion the client needed some additional disco equipment. The band were booked, the DJ was a friend of the groom but he only had CD players so we added the essential finishing touches to the prestigious Coombe Lodge in Blagdon, North Somerset.
The weather was fantastic that day and we arrived at the venue to be greeted by the overwhelming fragrance of a huge pig roast which we were lucky enough to have a taste of later that night – one of the many perks of the job!
The whole night was brilliant and the wedding couple had a fantastic time. In fact, we’re looking forward to our next wedding disco at Coombe Lodge.
